Donald R. Kincaid founded Kincaid Insurance Agency in 1964. The agency is now celebrating it’s 50th anniversary. The Kincaid Insurance Agency purchased Boone Insurance Agency in 1990, and we incorporated both agencies under the name KIA Associates, Inc. in 1997.
We have a staff of agents at both locations who are dedicated to providing superior customer service to all our policy holders.

In our Boone office, Steve Coffey is a commercial and personal lines agent as well as customer service representative, Christy Dellinger is a personal lines and life agent, and Lisa Kincaid Coffey is a personal lines agent.
